WHAT EXACTLY DOES YOUR PROCUREMENT FEE COVER?

This fee includes the procurement until installation. We use white glove vendors for delivery and installation, with their variable costs covered by the client.

Our procurement service manages and resolves any transit damages, ensuring that all items are in perfect condition before installation. Any affected items are dealt with before they reach your home.

Construction delays can often affect the planned delivery date and final walkthrough. In such cases, a warehouse to store all the merchandise will need to be quoted and paid for separately, along with the additional handling of all items.

For safety and efficiency, we prefer clients and pets to be absent during installation. This time is also used for photographing the completed space.

We create one comprehensive concept per area to maintain a cohesive vision. Major changes or redesigns will affect the scope, timeline, and budget. Three major changes are included in the inital design fee of the project.

You have to think of Cabo as an island. Everything that comes from the interior of the country travels by ferri from inland to La Paz, to be loaded in a truck and then driven to Cabo. If the items come from the north, like San Diego or Tijuana, they have to travel 2000 kms by truck to get to Cabo.

Between 8-12 weeks for custom made furniture and 4 weeks for in stock pieces.
